Colin Hensel

Colin serves as the Digital Director at The Herald Group where he focuses primarily on digital advertising and email advocacy. Prior to joining The Herald Group in 2020 as a Digital Associate, Colin spent time on Capitol Hill working for his hometown Congressman. In this role, he handled digital and administrative duties ranging from website management to executing email campaigns. Before working on Capitol Hill, Colin served as a Field Representative on Congressman Don Bacon’s successful 2018 re-election campaign. He also spent time at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and the office of former Governor of Nebraska, Pete Ricketts.

Colin graduated Highest Distinction from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Writing and Communication Studies.
