Kelsi is a Director at The Herald Group where she partners with clients to provide real-time solutions through a variety of strategic communications services. Kelsi has a wide range of experience leading public affairs campaigns with an emphasis on digital advocacy, grassroots, message development and stakeholder outreach. She has worked on public policy issues at the state, local and national level in sectors as varied as energy, finance, transportation, infrastructure and health care.
Prior to joining The Herald Group, Kelsi worked as a Manager in Golin’s public affairs practice and as an Account Executive in Hill + Knowlton Strategies corporate advisory practice. Kelsi’s past work has included, leading a research-based, integrated digital and print advertising campaign promoting an infrastructure trade association. She has also managed media relations efforts for a global transportation and infrastructure company resulting in improved understanding and perception of the company’s public-private partnerships in North America.
In addition to proactive strategic communications efforts, Kelsi has also provided first-hand crisis communications counsel for both consumer-facing and industrial manufacturing companies, providing onsite support while working directly with company’s public relations, communications, legal and government affairs teams.
Kelsi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media and Communications with a minor in Psychology.
